What is "Chozek Mamlechos ha'Goyim"?

Rashi: It is Malchus Paras, which now rules over the entire world. It will fall to another Malchus (Yavan) after 34 years, like it says in Avodah Zarah (9a).

Malbim: They are their fortified cities and soldiers. This will be via "Ish b'Cherev Achiv" in the war of Gog and Magog, like it says "Cherev Ish b'Achiv Tihyeh" (Yechezkel 38:21).
