What is the meaning of "Shalosa Goyim Rabim"?

Rashi: You cast them and strewed them from their place.

Radak: This is from the root Shalal (spoils). Shalosa and Yeshalucha have the grammatical form of Sabosa and Yesavucha.

Malbim: This is the loan in the Mashal. You plundered many nations. This is like a loan, and you must pay what you plundered, and also Ribis.

Why does it say "Yeshalucha Kol Yeser Amim"?

Rashi: This is what the Nochrim emit.

Radak: "Yeser Amim" are what remain from the nations that you did not plunder them ? Madai and Paras.

Malbim: What remains from the nations (those that you did not kill), they will plunder you.

What is the significance of "mi'Demei Adam"?

Rashi: Vengeance of blood of Yisrael, who are called Adam ? "Adam Atem" (Yechezkel 34:31).

Radak, Malbim: This evil came to you due to much blood that you spilled and theft that you did in the land.

What is "Chamas Eretz"?

Rashi, Targum Yonasan: [Theft of] Eretz Yisrael.

Radak: Refer to 2:8:3:2.

Does this refer to any city?

Rashi: It is Yerushalayim. Radak ? this is the meaning of Targum Yonasan 1 'Karta d'Yisrael.'

Radak: Yes ? he used to destroy cities and kill the residents.

Malbim: It is Bavel, the capitol 2 .

Below (17), Targum Yonasan of Kirya is 'Karta Yerushalayim.'

Also Radak (Bereishis 11:9) and R. Nisim Gaon (Shabbos 36b DH Nafka) say that there is a city Bavel, and so implies Rashi (ibid.) Tosfos and Tosfos ha'Rosh (ibid.) disagree; it is only the name of the country.
