What is "va'Yiktzu [Mezazecha]"?

Rashi: This is like va'Yakutzu (they are repulsed).

Radak #1: It is as if they slept, and when you came, they woke to rule over you, to shake you and shatter you into pieces. The Yud of the root {Yakatz} is omitted.

Radak #2: "Noshechecha" and "Mezazecha" apply to Belshatzar, Nebuchadnetzar's grandson. Melech Pras' army came suddenly to Bavel and destroyed Bavel.

What is the meaning of "v'Hayisa li'Mshisos Lamo"?

1.

Radak citing his father, Targum Yonasan: They will pillage your flesh. This is like "Mi Nasan li'Mshisah Yakov" (Yeshayah 42:24)

Radak: Nebuchadnetzar was cast out of his grave, like it says in Yeshayah "v'Atah Hashlachta mi'Kivrecha" (refer to Yeshayah 14:19:2:1).

Malbim: When you will not have what to pay [your creditors], they will pillage you. This is the Nimshal ? after this, it explains the Mashal.
