1)

How will they know that Hashem is amidst Yisrael?

1.

Radak: He hears their screams.

2.

Malbim: The previous verse said "v'Hilaltem Es Shem Hashem" - this is publicizing His name to afar. Nowadays, they do not know Hashem Himself, that the Shechinah will be fixed among them constantly in a wondrous way. They praise only what is known to all via general Hashgachah. However, a day will come in the future that they will have a clear knowledge, like one who senses. I constantly go among them.

2)

Why does it say "va'Ani Hashem Elokeichem v'Ein Od"?

1.

Radak: I am unlike the gods of the nations that you served - they do not help, for they are nothing.

2.

Malbim: I do not conduct them via nature, rather, Ani Hashem Elokeichem v'Ein Od - nature and the Ma'arachah have no power. It is all miraculous conduct without an intermediary.

3)

Why does it say "v'Lo Yevoshu Ami l'Olam"?

1.

Malbim: [The previous verse] said that they will not be ashamed of their evil deeds. Now it adds that they will not have shame from lack of Shechinah. Matters that were lacking in Bayis Sheni 1 , which showed that the Shechinah was not fixed among them like before, then they will not be ashamed due to this, for the matters will return. This will be at the end of days, when the future Ge'ulah comes.
