What do we learn from "va'Shem Nasan Kolo Lifnei Cheilo"?

Rashi: He put His voice on them via His words through the Nevi'im, [Malbim - long] before He sent this army [Radak - in order that they will repent].

Malbim: This is why the order of the Ma'arachah will cease, for Hashem put His voice and commanded the matter with His Hashgachah.

What do we learn from "Ki Rov Me'od Machanehu"?

Rashi: He will send a great camp against you if you do not improve.

Shocher Tov (103:20): "Lishmo'a b'Kol Devaro" (Tehilim 103:20) refers to Moshe, who was able to hear Hashem's voice. Angels cannot - "va'Shem Nasan Kolo Lifnei Cheilo Ki Rav Me'od Machanehu". "Machanehu" is angels - "Machaneh Elokim Zeh" (Bereishis 32:3).

What do we learn from "Ki Atzum Ose Devaro"?

1.

Malbim: Even though "Ki Rov Me'od Machanehu", one who will do His word (they will repent and abandon their sins), this is more awesome than His camp and it will overpower the locusts and expel them from the land.

How is "Yom Hashem" great and awesome?

1.

Malbim: He set a limit to punishment of Resha'im.

What is the meaning of "u'Mi Yechilenu"?

1.

Radak: Who can bear it? The same applies to "u'Mi Mechalchel Es Yom Bo'o" (Mal'achi 3:2).

Malbim: Who will invigorate himself to repent, and via this he will be able to bear the day? He will contain the punishments and stop them from harming him.
