What is the significance of her children?

Radak #1: The Kenesiyah is the mother, and the individuals are called children.

Radak #2: These are those born in every generation who conduct like the first generation, who served idolatry.

Malbim (according to the Nimshal): These are the Tzadikim among them. Since the Klal of the Kenesiyah strayed from Me, the world is judged based on its majority: also [the Tzadikim] are [called] Bnei Zenunim.
