What are the connotations of "ve'Chol Tzeva'am"? What is it coming coming to include?

1.

Ramban, Targum Onkelos and Targum Yonasan: It means 'and all their hosts (The 'hosts of the earth' includes all the creations mentioned on the third, fifth and sixth days (including the body of Adam), and the 'hosts of the Heaven', all that is mentioned on the fourth day, as well as the angels -which are directly hinted here for the first time - all the celestial bodies, and the Neshamah of man - Ramban).

2.

Rosh Hashanah 11a: It teaches us that all the work of the creation was created complete - fully grown, 1 with full Seichel and physically perfect 2 (and with their consent). 3

3

Rosh Hashanah, ibid.: 'Do not read 'Tzeva'am', but 'Tzivyonam'.

Why is "va'Yechulu" written without a Vav at the end?

1.

Rosh: Normally, one who makes a great matter omitted something, and needs to fix it later. Here, ha'Kol Kalah 1 (it was totally completed).

I.e. without a Vav, we can join the end of the word to the first letter of the coming word to spell Kalah. (In our Sifrei Torah, the "Vav" is missing not at the end of the word, but after the "Chaf" - CS).
