Lev Yitzchak: In Shmuel 2 24:7, Targum Yonasan did not add 'strong cities' It is not clear why the Targum is in the plural.

Where is Ir Mivtzar Tzor?

Bi'ur ha'Gra: Zevulun is shaped like a thigh. From east [to west] it gets wider, until Mivtzar Tzor, and from there it goes straight until Yam ha'Gadol.

Malbim: It is near the southeast corner of Asher, but it is of Naftoli. It is not the big coast city; that was not built yet.

What is the meaning of "v'Shav ha'Gevul Chosah"?

Lev Yitzchak: Some texts of Targum Yonasan say 'me'Adav li'Cheziv', i.e. they are two places. (If so, why are there only 22 cities? Refer to 19:6:2:2 and the note there.
