What is "Be'er Sheva v'Sheva"?

Radak, Chomas Anach: It is one city. Metzudas David - it is called by both names. 1

Bi'ur ha'Gra: Be'er Sheva v'Sheva is "Be'er Sheva u'Vizyosyah" (15:28)

Malbim: They are two cities. Ma'asei Hashem (Avos 29) - Avraham called a city Be'er Sheva, and when Yitzchak's servants dug a well nearby, Yitzchak called it Sheva (Bereishis 26:33).

Malbim: This is difficult. Every Pasuk lists three, and the last verse lists what remains!
