What is the definition of "Cheirem"?

Rashi: Refer to Vayikra, 27:28:2:1 & 2.

Having written in Bechukosai Vayikra, 27:28 "Kol Cherem Kodesh Kodshim hu la'Hashem", why does the Torah write here "Kol Cherem ... l'cha Yih'yeh"?

B'choros, 32a: To teach us that, although as long as 'Cherem' is in the house of the owner. its status is one of Hekdesh, 1 once it has been given to the Kohen, it becomes Chulin in all respects.
