Rashi writes that "Kol Nefesh Mikem" warns adults not to feed blood to a minor. In Yevamos (114b), we say that if a minor is eating Neveilos (or other Isurim), Beis Din need not stop him!

Moshav Zekenim #1: Adults may not feed Isur to a minor, but if he is eating it, they need not stop him.

Moshav Zekenim #2: Only a father is warned about his minor son. The mother and others are not commanded. Once, the keys to the Beis Medrash were lost in a Reshus ha'Rabim on Shabbos; they told children to play there, for if they find the keys, they will bring them.(Yevamos 114b).
