What is the meaning of "mi'Lefanecha Mishpati Yetzei"?
Rashi: My Aveiros for which I should be judged with affliction should leave from in front of You, and not come in front of You for judgment.
Radak citing his father: This Tefilah was about the episode of Bas Sheva. He asked that Hashem not judge him for it.
Radak (4, citing Ibn Ezra): You will punish me if You will not see straightness [in me] 1 .
Radak: This is like "Ki Asisa Mishpati v'Dini" (9:5), i.e. take my judgment from my enemies.
Malbim: Many people judge me distortedly, to be guilty. My judgment will come out in front of You. You see straightly; You will not improperly convict me!
Radak: This is difficult.
What is the meaning of "Einecha Techezenah Meisharim"?
Rashi: If I have merits, Your eyes should see them in equity.
Radak citing his father: See the many straight things that I did, and not this sin [of Bas Sheva].
Radak (4, citing Ibn Ezra): Refer to 17:2:1:3 and the note there.
Radak: [When You judge me against my enemies] You will see that straightness is with me, and injustice and theft is with them.
