Yoma 51b: Refer to 16:6:2:1. Once, to teach us that if he purchases his bull with public funds or with the money of his fellow Kohanim, it is Pasul (and once to incorporate purchasing the bull wih money of Ma'aser Sheini in the prohibition - Menachos, 83a). 1
