Why does it say that an Ish Chamas entices his colleague?

R. Yonah: The verse warns against joining to an Ish Chamas. Do not say that there is no harm from his evil. His way is to entice colleagues. Do not trust in yourself not to be enticed - "Im Titeh Ashuri Mini ha'Derech" (Iyov 31:7).
2.
Malbim: There is one who harms his colleague via enticing. He leads him on a bad path. All of these harm and corrupt.
