Rashi: It is future (You will inform me); it is not a prayer.

Radak, Malbim: It is a Tefilah.

What is "Orach Chayim"?

Radak: It is the way to merit life in the world to come, i.e. the path via which the Nefesh will live when it separates from the body.

Malbim: It is the straight path, Hashem's way, which leads to eternal life. one does not know this by himself, only if Hashem informs him. Temporary life (this world) is imitation life. Real life is life of the Nefesh, when it will remove its garments of flesh and return to the source of life.

What is "Sova Semachos"?

1.

Rashi: It is joy without end, in the future. Radak - i.e. it is the delight of the Nefesh.

Malbim: Simchah in temporary life is not satiation, for after the Simchah is grief. Simchah in life of the Nefesh is satiation. Also, physical delight is not forever, but the pleasure in Your right hand is eternal.

Why did he say "Es Panecha"?

1.

Rashi: It is Simchah in front of You, in a class close to You.

2.

Radak: This is like Yemincha, i.e. honor, like "Yeshvu Yesharim Es Panecha", "Shev li'Ymini" (140:14, 110:1).

Malbim: It is Simchah from the radiance of the Shechinah.
