What does the Torah mean when it writes "Vayilk'tu ha'Marbeh ve'ha'Mam'it"?

1.

Rashi: The Torah is recording a great ongoing miracle that took place with the Manna - irrespective of how much a person collected, whether it was more than the allotted Omer or less, when he arrived home he discovered that he had exactly one Omer per person in his household. 1

2.

Rashbam: It means that they collected without measuring it ? until they got home, when they measured it and discovered that they had collected exactly an Omer per person.

R. Bachye (in Pasuk 21 citing Yoma 78a): Another pair of miracles associated with the Manna is 1. that, in the event of a dispute between two people as to who owned a certain Eved Cana'ani, and 2. if a woman stated that her husband had divorced her and claimed her Kesubah, whereas the husband maintained that she ran away and was still married to him ? in both cases, the number of portions of Manna that each person had collected would reveal who was telling the truth (as hinted in the words "ke'Zera Gad " (Bamidbar 11:7 ? See R. Bachye).
