What is the connection between the current Mitzvos and the fact that Hashem took us out of Egypt where we were Avadim?
Rashi, Rashbam and Seforno: Because when He took us out of Egypt, He gave us (double) provisions - in the form of the spoils of Egypt and the Yam-Suf, 1 (and He gave us generously - Sifri) so we should do likewise. 2
