Why does the Torah insert the (otherwise superfluous) word "ve'ha'Noge'a bi'Vesar ha Zav"?

Sifra #1: To confine Tum'ah by touching a Zav to his body - and to render Tahor someone who touches excrement or loose hair, rings or ornaments on the body of a Zav.
2.
Sifra: To render Tahor someone who touches a piece of flesh or a bone that became detached from the Zav.
