Seeing as Tum'as Mikdash is Chayav Kareis (See Chukas, Bamidbar 19:13), why does the Torah write "ve'Lo Yamus" ?

Rashi: Even though Tum'as Mikdash is subject to Kareis, the Torah refers to it as 'Misah'. 1
