Why did he say "Af Atah Tafer Yir'ah"?
Bava Basra 16a): Iyov sought to exempt the whole world from judgment, by saying that there is no free choice. Just like Hashem created Tahor animals and Tamei animals, He created Tzadikim and Resha'im. One cannot change the way he was created! His friends responded, indeed He created the Yetzer ha'Ra, but He also created the Torah 1 to fix it!
Rashi: All the more so you, who are very Chacham, annul fear with your elaboration!
Malbim: Not only do your words have no benefit - damage comes from them! You annul fear, for you say that Hashem does not oversee people's deeds, and that man's deeds are forced, so there should be no reward or punishment for them. If so, man need not fear Hashem at all, nor His judgment - there is no Hashgachah, and no judgment!
Lev Eliyahu (Shemos, p.160): Where does the verse mention Torah? It says Yirah - the Torah of fear, i.e. Musar!
What is the meaning of "v'Sigra Sichah Lifnei Kel"?
Rashi: You increase speech in front of Hashem! (This is improper.) Tigra is like "Ki Yegara Nitfei Mayim", "v'Sigra Elecha Chochmah."
Devar Eliyahu: You diminish Tefilah to Hashem. Sichah is Tefilah, like "Lishpoch Sicho."
Malbim: Your speech is very inferior. One should not speak so in front of Hashem!
