Radak #2: Ivrim refers to those who are afflicted. Affliction is like darkness, and salvation is like light. Yisrael in Galus were as if they are blind - "Nigasheshah ka'Iverim Kir uch'Ein Einayim Nigasheshah Kashalnu ba'Tzaharayim ka'Neshef" (Yeshayah 59:10).

Why is Poke'ach Ivrim right after Matir Asurim? Zokef Kefufim should be right after it!

Radak: One who is blind is like a prisoner; he does not leave his place.

Brachos 60b: In the morning, when one straightens up, he should say 'Baruch Zokef Kefufim.'

Yuma 35b: Eshes Potifar threatened Yosef, if you will not consent to me, I will bend your stature! He answered, "Hashem Zokef Kefufim."

Radak: "Kefufim" refers to the poor (refer to 145:14:3:1).

Malbim: Zekufim are due to humility, or due to poverty. They will be elevated in physical strength and Chachmah.
