What is the meaning of "Hagisi v'Chol Pa'alecha"?

1.

Radak: I think about all Your actions [for our ancestors]; this consoles me.

Why does it mention "Pa'alecha" and "Ma'ase Yadecha"?

1.

Malbim: Ma'ase is a finished matter. Pa'al is engaging in the matter. He also considered matters in which he saw Hashem still acting and engaging in sustaining existence and guarding it via constant Hashgachah. He also discusses Ma'ase Yadav - completed existence, like Hashem created it in the six days of creation.
