Why does it say "Shuvu v'Hashivu"?
Rashi: Retract from your ways, and turn back your hearts.
Radak: He tells Ziknei Yisrael 1 to go back and station their wives and youths [away from the idols].
Malbim: After answering the Zekenim, he tells Beis Yisrael 'repent yourselves, and cause others to repent.'
I.e. Yechezkel should tell Beis Yisrael that Hashem told Ziknei Yisrael? (PF)
Why does it say "v'Hashivu me'Al Giluleichem"?
Rashi: Turn back from the idolatry that you put on your hearts.
Malbim: Repent from your idolatry.
From what should they turn back their faces?
Rashi: You put a stumbling block of your sins in front of yourselves.
Radak: Idols should not be in front of your faces.
Malbim: From other abominable deeds.
