What is the meaning of "Yomrucha li'Mzimah"?
Rashi: They mention Your name on all their evil thoughts, and call (attribute) Your Divinity on their gods.

Radak #2: "Li'Mzimah" is like "Ki Zimah Arus" (Hoshe'a 6:9), abomination.
Malbim: Because they do not see You punish Resha'im, Your enemies praise You to justify themselves. They say that You cannot know worldly matters and oversee them, for this contradicts Your unchanging unity, or it is below Your honor to oversee lower beings. This is in order to do evil; they say that there is no judgment and no Judge.
What is "Arecha"?
Rashi: Your enemies.
Radak #1: Your haters, like "va'Yhi Arecha" (Shmuel I, 28:16).
Radak #2: It is a euphemism for Your name. (Refer to 139:20:3:3).
What is "Nasu la'Shav"?
Rashi: This is like Nas'u la'Shav. (They said Your name in vain.) Radak #1 - the Aleph in "Nasu" (that should follow the Sin) is omitted, like "v'Nasu Es Kelimasam" (Yechezkel 39:26).
Radak #2: Nasu is Pa'ul conjugation. Your name is mentioned in their mouths in vain. "Arecha" is a euphemism for Your name.
