Why does it say "Navo'ah l'Mishkenosav"?

Radak, Malbim: Since we found the chosen place, from today and onwards we will come to this place. It is His dwellings and footstool.

Why is it called "Hadom Raglav"?

Radak: It is opposite the Kisei ha'Kavod.

Malbim: It says "veha'Aretz Hadom Raglai" (Yeshayah 66:1). The end of His influence is in the Beis ha'Mikdash - "v'Shulav Mele'im Es ha'Heichal" (Yeshayah 6:1).
