Rashi: They will be cleaved. This is like "Teratashnah" (18).

Radak: They will throw them to the ground or against the wall.

What will they see, and whose eyes will see it?
1.
Radak: Fathers will see their children cleaved, their houses plundered and their wives raped. Afterwards, they will kill the fathers; all this is amidst cruelty.
2.
Malbim: Children of foreigners in Bavel will not be able to flee with their fathers. Fathers will see their children bashed against the wall, their houses plundered and their wives raped.
