Why did he say first Helech, and then Orach, and then Ish?

1.

Rashi from Sukah 52b: He compares the Yetzer ha'Ra first to a traveler, and afterwards to a guest, and at the end, to the owner of the house. Radak (1) - at first the Yetzer ha'Ra does not lodge with him. Afterwards he lodges with him, and at the end he rules over him. Malbim - first David saw Bas Sheva, then he desired her and [his Yetzer ha'Ra] became a guest, and then he took her for a wife, and it became Ba'al ha'Bayis.
