'Rashi': When they repent, they will know only Hashem's Avodah, but not the yoke of earthly kings. When you go away from Torah, you will know the Avodah of earthly kings, and serve them 1 .

Malbim: When they will know the difference between the Avodos, they will return to My Avodah, which is good and light.
