What are "Neshachos"?
Rashi: They are like Lishkos (chambers) of the Beis ha'Mikdash. Ramban (Bereishis 25:3) - Lamed and Nun are interchangeable.
What is "Reishis"?
Malbim: They are Bikurim.
What did they gather in them?
Rashi: Gifts to Kohanim and Leviyim; from there, they divided them. Malbim - initially, Leviyim went around in cities to collect Ma'aser (10:38-39).
What are "Mana'os"?
Rashi: This is like Manos (portions).
Ibn Ezra: It is like Menayos (what was ordered) - "Asher Minah Es Ma'achalchem." The Aleph is in place of a Yud. Even though it is Samuch, the form did not change, like "bi'Mtzados Ein Gedi." Alternatively, the word that should be Samuch [to Torah] is omitted - Mana'os Min'os ha'Torah.
Malbim: They are Matanos.
Did the Kohanim and Leviyim divide together?
Rashi: No. Kohanim took what is proper for them, and Leviyim what is proper for them.
R. Elazar ben Azaryah holds that after Ezra fined the Leviyim, we give Ma'aser Rishon only to a Kohen (Chulin 131b). If so, what did Leviyim divide with Kohanim?

What is the meaning of "ha'Omedim"?
Rashi: They serve in front of Hashem there.
