What is "Rinasi"?

Radak: It is my scream ["ki'Devarecha Havineni"], like "va'Ya'avor ha'Rinah ba'Machaneh" (Melachim I, 22:36).

Malbim: Rinah is before Tefilah and Techinah. First he sings and says Mizmorim, and afterwards he prays.

What is the meaning of "ki'Devarecha Havineni"?

Rashi: Make me understand Your Torah according to Halachah and like the matters are.

Radak: Give to me understanding and intellect to do like Your words.
3.
Malbim: When my Rinah comes close and I begin to say verses of song, immediately make me understand like Your words, i.e. what I should pray.
