Why does it say "Pizer Nasan la'Evyonim"?

1.

Radak: He scattered his money and gave to the destitute. Pizer means that he gave to all those in front of him and he knows them. He does not give to large gifts to the point that he will be an Oni; this is not the way of a Tzadik, like we explained (refer to 112:5:2:2). He gives according to his ability. Chazal said that one should not give to more than a fifth (Kesuvos 67b).

2.

Malbim: Even if he increased to do Chesed, and scattered his money and gave to the destitute, he did not become poor via this.

How is "v'Tzidkaso Omedes La'ad"?

1.

Radak #1: It stands for him and his sons after him - "Notzer "Chesed la'Alafim (Shemos 34:7).

2.

Radak #2: His virtue will stand for him in the world to come.

3.

Malbim: His wealth will be blessed, and he will always be able to do Tzedakah.

What is the meaning of "Karno Tarum b'Chavod"?

1.

Radak: His strength [will be raised in honor]. It says similarly "Teromamnah Karnos Tzadik" (75:11). It says oppositely about Resha'im - "v'Chol Karnei Resha'im Agade'a" (ibid.)
