Malbim: This is like it said that His Bris will always be remembered via "Ko'ach Ma'asav Higid l'Amo" (verse 6). Fulfillment of the Bris is via guarding the commands - "va'Yiten Lahem Artzos Goyim...; Ba'vur Yishmeru Chukav" (105:44-45).

What will be the consequence of "Kadosh v'Nora Shmo"?

Radak: People will fear Him, and be Kedoshim, for He is Kadosh, and He sanctified them and separated them from the nations - Yuma 39a: "V'Hiskadashtem vi'Hyisem Kedoshim", "Ki Kadosh Ani Hashem Mekadishchem" (Vayikra 20:7, 21:8).
