Here it lists Serayah ben Chilkiyah. In Divrei ha'Yamim I, 9:11 it says Azaryah ben Chilkiyah ben Meshulam!

Malbim: Chilkiyah was the father of Serayah the Kohen Gadol, whom Nebuchadnetzar killed. Serayah was the father of Yehotzadak, the grandfather of Yehoshua, the Kohen Gadol in the days of Nechemyah. Azaryah was Chilkiyah's grandson from a different son, not from Serayah. Nechemyah teaches that his primary name was Serayah; in Bavel he was called Azaryah, and so Ezra called him in Divrei ha'Yamim.

Rashi: He was appointed over Beis Elokim. Malbim - he was not the Kohen Gadol; Yehoshua was the Kohen Gadol.
