Why does the Torah juxtapose the Parshah of Kashrus to that of Korbanos?

Oznayim la'Torah: a. To permit many species which are not KAsher to go on the Mizbe'ach. b. Because whatever is forbidden to a Hedyot ? such as a Tereifah, 1 is obviously forbidden to go on the Mizbe'ach.

Moshav Zekenim (citing R. Yehudah ha'Chasid): 'Tell the hunters who recognize these species 2 to trap them and show them to Yisrael. Otherwise, how will Yisrael in the Midbar know what they are'?

Peres and Ozniyah (among the Tamei birds) are not commonly found in settled areas (Chulin 63a). Hashem showed each species to Moshe, but how will Yisrael recognize them, if hunters do not show them to them?
