What is the meaning of "ha'Nichchados Lo Yifkod"?
Rashi: They are lost. The shepherd will not seek them.

Why does it say "u'Farseihen Yefarek"?
Rashi: [He will remove the feet] until it is eradicated. This is like Daniel said about Edom "Achlah u'Madekah u'S'arah b'Raglah Rafsah" (7:7).
