Radak: There were 12 Shevatim, and a great population, and not one of them was poor. Everyone left with much silver and gold. Malbim - the Egyptians should have hated Yisrael due to the Bechoros. Hashem gave to Yisrael grace in the Egyptians' eyes, and they lent to us. It was proper that when they see that we are not returning, they will pursue us to take back their not silver and gold. Even so, no one was poor (refrained from borrowing).
