Radak: Bnei Galus will tell that He took them out of Galus.

Malbim: The incarcerated that He will release, will tell in the future when nations and kingdoms gather to serve Hashem. Shem Havayah shows that He created the world, renews it and conducts it 1 .

Radak: The matter is repeated in different words.

Malbim: Chachamim and Kohanim dwell in Tziyon. They know Hashem's name. His praise, via His ways and conduct, [e.g.] Rachum v'Chanun, even commoners who dwell in the entire city of Yerushalayim know it.
