What is the meaning of "Levav Ikesh Yasur Mimeni"?

1.

Radak: One whose heart is crooked, he will never be in my company.

2.

Malbim: Not only does he hate evil deeds. He even has no leaning to it in his heart. Lev Ikesh is one whose heart, which is the arousing power and spirit that rules over him, leans to the opposite of rules of Chachmah and its ways. He desires evil, and must fight an inner war with the Yetzer ha'Ra to return it to the straight and good.

What is "Ra Lo Eda"?

1.

Rashi: I do not love or recognize something evil.

2.

Radak: I will know an evil person, i.e. he will not be among my confidants.

3.

Malbim: The nature of my heart is so much towards good deeds, that I do not know what is evil. This is like Adam ha'Rishon before the sin - he did not know evil at all, for evil images did not rule over the furrows of his heart at all; he did not understand or know them.
