Oznayim la'Torah: Because by eating the Kodshei ha'Mikdash on the eighth day of the Milu'im, Aharon and his sons would acquire the merit to do so for all generations. 1

Oznayim la'Torah: Just as the Sifra explains ? in 9:22 - in connection with Birchas Kohanim and the Avodah, which Aharon acquired together with the rights to receive Kodshei ha'Gevul after he blessed the people and concluded the Avodah.
