Rashi: Hidden in Your heart was intent to swallow me, as if You do not remember [Your Chesed to create me and guard me].

Ibn Ezra: Since You did all this Chesed with me, why are my mistakes guarded with You?

Malbim: Even though You knew that I will sin, You hid it in Your heart, and did not decree that I not be created.

What do we learn from "v'Zos Imach"?

Rashi: You did not forget.

Malbim: Surely You knew at the time that I will sin, and even so You acted as if You do not know.
