What is "Kisei Shen"?

'Rashi' (Divrei ha'Yamim II, 9:17), Metzudas Tziyon: It is from an elephant's tusk.

Here it says that "Zahav Mufaz." Why does it say in Divrei ha'Yamim II, 9:17 "Zahav Tahor"? These are different (Yerushalmi Yuma 4:4, Bamidbar Rabah 12:4)!
