Why did he say "ha'Yom Yomam va'Laylah"?

Ibn Ezra #1: Yomam va'Laylah refers to Mispalel. He prays today, and will pray day and night many times for Bnei Yisrael.

Ibn Ezra #2: Yomam va'Laylah explains ha'Yom ? a full day, daytime and night.

3.

Malbim: What I pray today, I pray every day constantly ? "va'Es'abelah Yamim va'Ehi Tzam u'Mispalel" (4).
