How can these fifteen aspects of Hashem's salvation, be categorized into three stages of five?

This stanza implies that Hashem destroyed the Egyptian gods, before slaying their firstborn. But the Torah (see Shemos 12:12, which was cited earlier in the Hagadah) tells us the reverse order!
