2) Omitting a Berachah -

Is the order of the Berachos essential? If one does not know the text of one of these Berachos, may he recite the others? May he recite Musaf at all?

May one fulfill his obligation of Musaf of Rosh Hashanah, by listening to the Chazan's repetition? With what conditions? Is this true even for one who knows how to pray on his own?
