Blessings for Megilah

לפני קריאת המגילה מברכים:	Before reading the Megilah, recite these blessings:
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה ה' אֱלֹקֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם אֲשֶׁר קִדְּשָׁנוּ בְּמִצְוֹתָיו וְצִוָּנוּ עַל מִקְרָא מְגִלָּה.	Blessed are You, Hashem our G-d, King of the universe, Who has sanctified us with His commandments, and commanded us on the reading of the Megilah.
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה ה' אֱלֹקֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם שֶׁעָשָׂה נִסִּים לַאֲבוֹתֵינוּ בַּיָּמִים הָהֵם בַּזְּמַן הַזֶּה.	Blessed are You, Hashem our G-d, King of the universe, Who performed miracles for our forefathers, in those days, at this time.
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה ה' אֱלֹקֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם שֶׁהֶחֱיָינוּ וְקִיְּמָנוּ וְהִגִּיעָנוּ לַזְּמַן הַזֶּה.	Blessed are You, Hashem our G-d, King of the universe, who has granted us life and sustenance and permitted us to reach this season.
אחרי קריאת המגילה בציבור, מברכים:	After the public reading of the Megilah, the following blessing is recited:
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה ה' אֱלֹקינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם. הָרָב אֶת רִיבֵנוּ. וְהַדָּן אֶת דִּינֵנוּ. וְהַנּוֹקֵם אֶת נִקְמָתֵנוּ. וְהַמְשַׁלֵּם גְּמוּל לְכָל אוֹיְבֵי נַפְשֵׁנוּ. וְהַנִּפְרָע לָנוּ מִצָּרֵינוּ. בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה ה', הַנִּפְרָע לְעַמּוֹ יִשְׂרָאֵל מִכָּל צָרֵיהֶם, הָאֵ-ל הַמּוֹשִׁיעַ.	Blessed are You, Hashem our G-d, King of the universe, Who takes up our fight, judges our cause, avenges our vengeance, and pays recompense to all of our mortal enemies, and exacts payback from our foes. Blessed are You, Hashem, who exacts payback for His nation Yisrael, from all of their foes - G-d Who saves!

Should one stand while reciting (or hearing) the blessings before Megilah reading? Should one stand during the Berachah following the reading (Ha'Rav Es Riveinu)?
