  • If the Kohen performs Kemitzah, places the Kometz into a Kli, brings the Kometz, or burns it on the Mizbe'ach with intent to eat or burn, outside the Azarah, a portion of the Minchah which is normally eaten or burned, it is Pasul. One who eats it is not Chayav Kares.
