The Kollel replies:
If he dies after Ha'amadah b'Din (ie. the court's ruling) it goes to his children, but if he dies before Ha'amadah b'Din the Na'arah herself gets it.
Rebbi Shimon holds that even if he dies after Ha'amadah b'Din, the Na'arah gets it (Mishnah, 41b).
