Does the kollel agree: Rashi explained why the 4th case of mishnah, bari ubarii, would be problematic only for R Huna, not for R Nachman, whereby the gmara needed to answe migo. However, in THAT case ( no extra cows), R Nachman would agree that a shvuos migo could be imposed? R Nachman agrees where the nitva argues bari that shvuous migo can be applied and albeitwould also not explain the mishnah itself to be speaking of such case, but he would agree to the shvuois migo of such case?

Shalom R' Gray,
Great to hear from you!
As Rashi writes, Chazal learn the principle of Gilgul Shevuah on the bottom of Sotah 18a. So, yes, as you astutely asserted, Rav Nachman does agree to the principle of Gilgul Shevuah, when it applies, even though he himself personally did not have to establish the Bari-Bari case in Mishnah as one of Gilgul.
May you continue to attain greatness in Torah and Yiras Shamayim!
Warmly,
Yishai Rasowsky
