I assume that the Kenas here is just to cancel the special Takanah meant to keep hatred out of the life of a couple, and say that there is no reason for that Takanah here, but if this woman wants to eliminate hate, obviously she can do as she wishes. We aren't trying to create hate, but rather just have no reason to eliminate this hate.
