My question is based on the inference even if she decides to marry the original Mekadesh- the second kiddushin wasn't chal and the get is a safeik.

Your implication is incorrect. The correct implication is that if one wants to marry her then it is not necessary for him to give a Get and the Mishna would not say "both give a Get".
